Great idea, but execution needs work. Creators need to invest more time in this and I think it has tons of potential to be something great for our wanderlust generation

Watch app is not working, after it reboots constantly

Great idea - beautiful style. I love to use this app while traveling.

I find the app introduction is not sufficiently explanatory for me to understand what this app is for or why I want to use it. It sounded interesting in the App Store but the app seems quite different.

Driving across the United States I never had to wonder “What’s that?” with Findery… from 2,000 dinosaur tracks (St. George, Utah) to the America’s not-actually-southernmost point (Key West, Florida) and all the swimming holes, dive bars, and land art in between, it makes the already interesting world more interesting. But moreso it’s a personal travel log that lets me keep, and share, every peaceful little cafe, remote campsite, and surreal travel experience. And even the places in my own neighborhood that matter to me.

Just found some stuff around my work I didn’t know about. I like that it’s not just coffee shop ratings. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Seems like a neat app but I absolutely hate apps that constantly poll my location when Im not using it directly. Let me decide if you can do that, dont just do it. Uninstalled until thats fixed.

There are stories all around you. Findery lets you see them (and leave your own). Think of it as pinning virtual stories to real places. Ive wanted an app like this for years and its finally here.

This is an awesome app! I can see this app being my personal tour guide. Will it become four square, but with notes? Note to Fake, add audio and the option of having notes read to those that have the app open. This would be an awesome feature.

I cant add pictures from my camera roll. The only option seems to be to take a picture. I have pics from my recent travel that I wanted to leave notes for. Cant do it :(

USAToday totted this an app that told you historical significance of your location. This is a YELP for all places by users(few as of now), nothing to groundbreaking to me

This app is great and it is a great conversation starter. However some things that can be polished is the UI. When people tap on things not all the icons and buttons have a clear active state.

Been waiting for this app to come out for so long!! So glad its finally out.

Disappointed

Its all the things you want to know, but would otherwise never hear about: criminals on street corners; etchings on park benches; the tree that grew around a bicycle. Suddenly, the world is full of hidden meaning; packaged in perhaps the most beautiful interface ever created outside Apple. Bravo!

The Burger King you worked at? Your first concert? Milestones for the individuals for sure but bit exactly the "historical" bigger things I would expect.

I could not think of a better way to get to know a neighborhood.

But not much for where I live, so not engaging.
